Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, serving as a scientific expert in current and future immunology products. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy; establish and maintain high-quality relationships with KOLs and healthcare providers; facilitate scientific exchange, support investigator-initiated studies, and provide balanced, evidence-based medical information; utilize insights and AI tools to optimize engagement strategies; ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D and clinical operations; support medical education and contribute to strategic medical planning. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), 2+ years relevant experience, demonstrated success as an MSL, strong therapeutic and scientific expertise; ability to travel up to 70%, with a valid US Driver's License preferred.
