Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, focusing on immunological disorders. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific engagement plans; establish and nurture relationships with KOLs and HCPs; provide objective, evidence-based medical education; support investigator-initiated and company-sponsored studies; and deliver scientific data aligned with strategic objectives. Maintain current scientific knowledge of the therapeutic landscape; leverage insights and AI tools to optimize engagement; and collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliance and ethical standards. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent); minimum 2 years of relevant MSL experience; strong therapeutic and scientific expertise; ability to support up to 70% travel; valid US driver’s license preferred. Work setup includes travel within the US territory; located in major metro areas preferred.
