Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Hematology for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, covering Michigan territory. Objectives: Serve as scientific expert, foster relationships with KOLs/HCPs, provide non-promotional, evidence-based medical information, and support investigator-initiated studies. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy; engage in high-quality scientific exchange; identify educational needs; utilize AI tools for insights; support research activities; collect and share actionable insights; and collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, clinical operations, and sales. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), 2+ years of relevant clinical or MSL experience, strong therapeutic expertise in hematology, and proven success in scientific engagement. High-Value: Hematology, oncology, patient-centric innovations, investigator support, and compliance with regulatory and GxP guidelines. Work Setup: Up to 70% travel within Michigan; in-territory visits, congress attendance, and internal meetings.
