Senior Medical Science Liaison - Head & Neck - Oncology - Minneapolis

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Lung/Head & Neck Oncology for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, covering Minneapolis, Rochester, and surrounding territories with travel to North Dakota and Iowa. Objectives: serve as scientific expert, develop stakeholder relationships, and support medical and research strategies in thoracic and head/neck cancers. Responsibilities: establish engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies, engage in scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs, identify educational needs, facilitate investigator-initiated studies, and provide scientific support for research inquiries. Maintain current scientific knowledge, support clinical and research collaborations, and ensure compliant internal/external communication. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), 2+ years relevant experience including success as an MSL, strong therapeutic expertise in oncology, and ability to travel up to 70%. Preferred: residency/fellowship, familiarity with AI tools, and clinical research experience.
