Senior Medical Director, Rheumatology

Role: Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development, focusing on autoimmune diseases, primarily rheumatology and lupus. Objectives include leading clinical trials, providing medical oversight, and contributing to asset strategy. Responsibilities involve serving as physician lead for a Phase 2b SLE trial (LUMUS), overseeing data reviews, authoring key study documents, and engaging with external scientific peers. The role also includes team management, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting corporate initiatives. Requirements: MD with board certification in Rheumatology, 5+ years of clinical development experience, preferably in lupus, with proven leadership and communication skills.
