Role: Senior Medical Director, Radiopharmaceutical Imaging (RPI) at RayzeBio, responsible for strategic and operational leadership of diagnostic imaging programs in oncology, including prostate, hepatocellular, and neuroendocrine tumors. Objectives: develop and execute imaging development plans from IND-enabling stages through Phase 3 trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality delivery. Responsibilities: define portfolio strategy, lead cross-functional teams, oversee clinical development including protocol design, medical monitoring, data review, and regulatory interactions; translate preclinical findings into clinical decisions; manage external vendors and investigators; and represent RayzeBio externally. Requirements: MD or equivalent with 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or academic clinical research, with significant experience in oncology diagnostic or radiopharmaceutical imaging development, including early- and late-phase trials, and regulatory submissions. Skills: strategic leadership, influence in matrix organizations, strong scientific judgment, excellent communication, and understanding of radiopharmaceuticals, imaging endpoints, GCP, and ICH guidelines. High-value: expertise in radiopharmaceutical imaging, oncology diagnostics, Phase 0-3 clinical trials, and health authority engagement. Collaboration: partners with clinical, translational, regulatory, biometrics, safety, CMC, medical affairs, and commercial teams. Work setup: remote U.S.; approximately 30% travel, including evenings/weekends.
