Role: Senior Clinical Scientist overseeing Phase I-III clinical studies for cortisol-related therapeutics, including hypercortisolism and oncology indications. Responsibilities: design and execute clinical trials; develop protocols, reports, and regulatory documents; provide scientific and medical oversight to internal teams, CROs, and trial sites; ensure safety monitoring and SAE reporting; facilitate data analysis, interpretation, and high-quality reporting; engage with investigators and regulatory bodies; contribute to regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs); lead scientific discussions and training; collaborate across functions (clinical ops, safety, biometrics, regulatory, medical affairs); develop scientific presentations and publications; manage HR aspects within the clinical team. Requirements: MD (board-certified or eligible), 6+ years in clinical development, with expertise in oncology; strong scientific background, publication record, leadership, and communication skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, small-company environment.
