Senior Medical Director, Hematology Clinical Development

Role: Lead clinical trial activities for one or more development programs, ensuring scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. Responsibilities: oversee study design, implementation, and interpretation; manage study timelines and enrollment; coordinate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs and Regulatory; contribute to protocol development, regulatory submissions, and scientific reporting; may supervise Medical and Scientific Directors. Requirements: MD or DO (or equivalent), with at least 2 years of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or related fields; strong understanding of clinical trial methodology, regulatory standards, and GxP; excellent communication skills.
