Senior Medical Director, Hematology

Role: Senior Medical Director leading clinical development within the Hematology program, focusing on supporting clinical trials and guiding subteams through study phases. Responsibilities include acting as Clinical Development Lead on study teams, managing medical monitoring activities, overseeing regulatory and trial documents, providing strategic clinical insights, and representing the company externally. The role requires collaboration with global teams, supporting regulatory interactions, and interpreting clinical data to inform development strategies. Qualifications: Medical degree with 5+ years of clinical or industry experience, specifically in hematology/oncology, with late-stage clinical development expertise. Experience overseeing multiple study teams and strong communication skills are essential. Preferred: Leadership experience, board certification in hematology/oncology, and cross-phase drug development in oncology. Location: Hybrid, requiring onsite presence approximately 2.5 days/week, in the U.S. Salary range: $274,500–$457,500, with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, external engagement, and a focus on hematology therapeutics and late-stage clinical development.
