The role requires collaboration with global teams, supporting regulatory interactions, and interpreting clinical data to inform development strategies. Qualifications: Medical degree with 5+ years of clinical or industry experience, specifically in hematology/oncology, with late-stage clinical development expertise. Experience overseeing multiple study teams and strong communication skills are essential. Preferred: Leadership experience, board certification in hematology/oncology, and cross-phase drug development in oncology. Location: Hybrid, requiring onsite presence approximately 2.5 days/week, in the U.S. Salary range: $274,500–$457,500, with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, external engagement, and a focus on hematology therapeutics and late-stage clinical development.
