Senior Medical Director, Hematology

Role: Senior Medical Director leading clinical development within the Hematology program, focusing on supporting trials and guiding subteams. Responsibilities: serve as clinical lead for study and development subteams (including for regulatory filings), conduct medical monitoring (eligibility, safety), facilitate investigator interactions, develop clinical/regulatory documents, and provide strategic insights and interpretation of clinical data. Collaborate on development strategies, support regulatory interactions, and represent the company externally. Qualifications: MD with 5+ years in clinical/industry hematology or oncology, with late-stage clinical development experience, leadership skills, and strong communication. Preferred: board certification in hematology/oncology, experience across multiple phases and drug classes, and management experience.
