Role: Senior Medical Director of Clinical Development for novel RAS-targeted oncology therapies, supporting molecules in late clinical or preclinical stages. Responsibilities: lead clinical science and medical strategy; oversee study design, data review, safety assessments, and regulatory documentation; represent the clinical development plan internally and externally; mentor cross-functional teams, and manage relationships with investigators and regulators. Requirements: MD (preferably oncology), 7+ years in clinical development within biotech/pharma, with experience in early to late-phase trials, regulatory submissions, and GxP standards. High-Value: focus on RAS(ON) inhibitors for cancers with RAS mutations; involvement in clinical trials supporting BTD or accelerated approvals; strong expertise in trial design, regulatory interactions, and external stakeholder engagement.
