Senior Medical Director Clinical Development - Prostate Cancer

Role: Senior Medical Director leading clinical development for prostate cancer assets at RayzeBio, from IND through Phase 3. Objectives: develop and execute clinical strategies, oversee trial design, regulatory interactions, and team management. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams, design and implement clinical trials, support IND and regulatory submissions, collaborate with research and translational teams, and contribute to pipeline growth via BD and due diligence. Requirements: MD with ≥10 years in oncology clinical development; specialized experience in prostate cancer; background in radiopharmaceuticals preferred. Skills: strong leadership, strategic thinking, regulatory expertise, excellent communication, and ability to navigate GxP and ICH guidelines. High-Value: oncology, prostate cancer, radiopharmaceutical modality, across early and late-phase trials, with engagement in regulatory and cross-functional collaborations. Work setup: remote US, travel approximately 30%.
