Role: Senior Medical Director in Ophthalmology at Regeneron, leading clinical development from first-in-human to registration studies. Objectives include defining clinical strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding patient safety. Responsibilities: serve as medical expert in interactions with stakeholders, oversee design and execution of Phase 1-3 trials, support regulatory submissions, and guide clinical document quality. Requirements: MD or equivalent in Ophthalmology, at least 4 years industry experience in clinical development, proven leadership in proof-of-concept or registrational trials, strong knowledge of ICH regulatory standards.
