Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development, Oncology (Remote)

Role: Senior Medical Director, Solid Tumor Oncology, leading medical and clinical strategy across the drug development lifecycle for solid tumor indications. Responsibilities: provide scientific leadership, oversee clinical trial design, biomarker strategies, safety monitoring, and regulatory interactions; guide development plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Clinical Ops, Biostats, Translational Medicine); contribute to regulatory submissions and external stakeholder engagement; support medical affairs activities, publications, and scientific communication; mentor medical staff and foster a culture of excellence. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD with board certification in Oncology or Hematology-Oncology; 10+ years of oncology clinical/pharma industry experience emphasizing solid tumors, with proven leadership in global late-phase trials and regulatory success; strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
