Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development, Hematology Oncology

Role: Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development, leading clinical efforts in Hematology Oncology programs with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: oversee operational execution of clinical trials, manage external and internal stakeholder interactions, ensure patient safety, contribute to clinical and regulatory documents (e.g., IBs, IND/NDA submissions), and collaborate on trial design and data analysis plans. Requirements: MD with clinical training in relevant disease area; >4 years' experience in clinical research or drug development across Phases 1–4; strong understanding of global regulatory environments and clinical trial operations.
