Senior Medical Director – Accelerated R&D Leadership Program

Role: Participant in Lilly's Accelerated R&D Leadership Program, designed to develop future senior leaders in biopharma. Responsibilities: rotate across functions such as clinical development, portfolio strategy, medical affairs, regulatory, AI strategy, and business development; leverage AI/ML tools for decision-making; contribute to strategic projects with a focus on innovative drug development. Requirements: MD with 3-5 years in clinical, academic, consulting, venture capital, or small biotech; board eligibility/certification in relevant medical specialty; strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and familiarity with emerging tech including AI/ML.
