Role: Senior Medical Director overseeing clinical development of rinvatercept in neuromuscular disorders such as DMD and ALS. Objectives include leading clinical strategy, developing the CDP, and ensuring alignment across functions. Responsibilities involve providing medical/scientific oversight of trials, guiding protocol development, and engaging with KOLs and regulators, including contributions to regulatory submissions and health authority interactions. Qualifications: MD/D.O. with 5+ years in biopharma drug development, preferably with experience in Phase 3, biologics, and neuromuscular or pediatric indications. Required skills include deep neuromuscular expertise, GCP knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication. Preferred attributes include prior involvement in BLA processes and clinical practice, including subspecialty training. High-value specifics: biologics, neuromuscular disease, rare pediatric and adult indications, Phase 3, regulatory interactions, hybrid work in Lexington, MA with minimum 3 days onsite. Collaboration involves cross-functional teams, external KOL engagement, and regulatory agencies.
