Senior Medical Courier

Role: Courier II responsible for transportation and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, ensuring timely and safe handling within a healthcare logistics setting. Responsibilities: provide route coverage, assist with dispatch, load supplies, complete daily pickups, deliver to branch locations, and handle specimens following safety protocols; operate company vehicle adhering to traffic laws; utilize electronic devices for route management; coordinate with dispatchers and evaluate traffic/weather conditions. Requirements: at least 3 years of driver or courier experience; valid driver’s license with clean record; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; strong punctuality, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years customer service experience. High-value: medical specimen transport, lab logistics, vehicle use with optional personal vehicle sharing, flexible schedule including weekends, physical demands, and route coordination. Work setup: on-site in Bristol, TN with variable shifts including early mornings and late nights; travel within assigned routes.
