Senior Materials Leader

Role: Lead strategic material flow initiatives leveraging Lean/Six Sigma in a biopharma manufacturing environment, managing inventory, resource allocation, and transfer projects. Responsibilities: oversee global material allocation, support lean manufacturing efforts, develop project scopes and plans, collaborate cross-functionally on standardization and transactional processes, secure materials through engineering and sourcing, and maintain supplier relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 2-3 years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management; leadership experience; bilingual in Spanish. Preferred: Lean manufacturing, Oracle, MBA or master's degree, APICS CPIM, OMLP graduate, and experience motivating teams through change.
