Senior Materials Handler

Job Description

General Summary:

In this position, you will be responsible for performing daily Materials Management activities in a cGMP environment. Have a high level of detail, good documentation practice and the ability to follow procedures as written. These areas may include but are not limited to receipt, sampling, and shipping of product samples, finished goods and raw materials.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

The Materials Management Senior Materials Handler will partner with drug production, QA, safety and teams in all phases of development from clinical drug product through commercialization. Key activities will include managing the receipt, sampling, disposal, transfer, and storage GMP Materials per SOP’s.

Knowledge And Skills

• Solid foundation in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Foundational understanding of basic supply chain concepts
• Displays ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned work in a demanding environment with limited guidance
• Possesses extraordinarily strong organizational skills
• Possesses ability to manage workload and contribute effectively in a team setting
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Good written and verbal communication skills to exchange relevant information cross-functionally
• Ability to lift fifty pounds
• Experience preferred working in a GMP warehouse environment with a fork truck

Education And Experience

• Associate's degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of work experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range

$28 - $41

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
