Responsibilities:
- Partner with Biosurgery brand leads on end-to-end brand strategy (platform segmentation, positioning, pricing, claims, life-cycle management).
- Generate insights to identify unmet needs in robotics and digital innovation for adjunctive hemostats.
- Lead project workstreams and coordinate/sequence strategy with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Regional Marketing, Finance, GSI, and key customers; drive clinical objectives while managing schedule and resourcing.
- Provide commercial input through new product development (customer insights/voice, business plan, target product profiles, product launch excellence).
- Own delivery of project milestones within budgets and timeframes; ensure compliance with relevant country/regional requirements and company policies/procedures.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Required: 10+ years progressive business experience; 5+ years Marketing or Sales; Marketing Excellence/Mastery including Launch Excellence; strong cross-functional influencing and customer relationship development; Innovation experience (insight generation, strategic planning, financial modeling).
Preferred: Healthcare/Medical Device experience; regional inline and/or global marketing; product development (needs assessment, portfolio and lifecycle management); supply chain and global brand management; experience influencing Medical Device sales force and new product launch; demonstrated customer insight; ability to work in global multi-disciplinary teams; up to 10% travel.
