Senior Marketing Lead, Behavior & Wellbeing

Role: Senior Marketing Lead for Ceva North America’s Behavior & Wellbeing portfolio, overseeing strategy, growth, and P&L for brands like Feliway and Thunder. Responsibilities: develop and execute omnichannel marketing plans, lead innovation and product launches, optimize marketing ROI, and manage two direct reports while collaborating across functions including Sales, Digital Commerce, Veterinary, R&D, and Global Marketing. Requirements: Bachelor's in Marketing or related field; 9+ years in brand or portfolio marketing within consumer health, pet care, or animal health sectors; experience managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams; strong omnichannel expertise; proven success in brand growth and innovation; budget management and analytical skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
