The Senior Manager – Market Access & Public Affairs (MAPA) Analytics works with the Senior Director Planning Execution & Operations (PE&O) to provide the team with the tools, data, and insights needed to execute critical business objectives. Responsibilities include securing and providing access/training to relevant market access systems and datasets for in-line and pipeline therapies, partnering cross-functionally to monitor key insights/trends, and supporting MAPA leadership with ad-hoc data requests and formulary placement/performance questions.

Relationships
- Reports to the Associate Director Planning and Operations.
- Ensures MAPA teams have access to third-party data sources, internal systems, and insights; partners with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Commercial Strategy/Marketing, Medical, and CI&A.

Essential Functions
- Resource Management: provide tools to analyze sales/market share trends; manage budget/subscriptions for third-party data.
- Business Acumen: partner with Employee Experience to ensure competence with NNI systems/data/dashboards.
- Insights & Analytics: identify high-impact market/customer scenarios; scan market trends; support ad-hoc analysis and maintain quarterly analytics dashboards; partner for situation analysis and business reviews.
- Business Assurance: evaluate new technologies (e.g., AI/ChatGPT) to streamline processes; identify offshoring opportunities for consistent processes/analytics.
- Other: manage critical cross-functional projects/KPIs; develop executive-level and LT/ET content.

Physical Requirements
- 0–10% overnight travel.

Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance/Business/Statistics/Engineering or related quantitative preferred).
- MBA preferred.
- 8+ years managed markets analytics/research (advanced degree can substitute for 2 years).
- Demonstrated IQVIA LAAD experience.
- Strong analytical skills for large datasets; fast-paced quality-control/documentation mindset.
- Creative problem-solving for complex unstructured problems.
- Pharmaceutical data experience: Xponent and Xponent PlanTrak; data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Market research experience a plus.
