Senior Manufacturing Technician (Crosslink) 10:00am-6:30pm

Role: Senior Crosslink Technician responsible for manufacturing cross-linked hyaluronic acid products in a cGMP environment. Objectives include executing production processes, equipment operation, cleaning, changeovers, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure compliance and quality. Responsibilities involve following SOPs, preparing samples, reviewing batch documentation, and supporting quality systems. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, 4–6 years of related manufacturing experience, proficiency with GMP procedures, and ability to work flexible hours. Skills include strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and work around chemicals. Preferred: experience in medical device manufacturing, cleanroom/aseptic work, automated equipment, and ERP systems like SAP. High-value biopharma specifics: manufacturing biologic or biomaterial products in a GMP setting, with an emphasis on equipment validation, documentation, and compliance, working in a regulated environment. Work setup: 2nd shift (10:00am-6:30pm) with physical and safety requirements.
