Responsibilities:
- Own and shape the design and technology of the Manufacturing Information & Technology ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business partners and architects to develop a vision and multi-year roadmap for application advancement and lifecycle management.
- Manage and support execution of a portfolio of IS projects, including portfolio planning, resource and risk management, and financial management.
- Work with delivery and platform teams to ensure applications align with approved architectural and development guidelines.
- Design, build, and develop rapid Proof-of-Concept (POC) automated solutions and services.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand how automation improves workflow and efficiency.
- Synthesize requirements from end-users, application architects, and cybersecurity experts to develop automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities to stop inefficient practices, simplify business processes, and codify them into automated solutions and platforms. May telecommute.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a project management-related occupation.
Required experience (4 years):
- Manufacturing Execution System (PASX), MES enhancements, and application upgrades.
- SQL or Web Services for manufacturing data integrations to enable automated data transfer and electronic batch record (EBR) review by exception.
- Current GxP practices, including 21CFR Part 11 in a regulated environment.
- Change control, system validation, and computerized system lifecycle management compliance.
- Designing/deploying/operating automated solutions across SaaS, Cloud, on-prem, and custom platforms.
- Agile methodology to improve business training materials, processes, procedures related to databases, and reporting systems.
- Business analysis translating business requirements into functional specifications and managing changes/modification requests.
