Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Role: Senior Manufacturing Engineer leading electro-mechanical project execution within a regulated biopharma manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: manage manufacturing projects from scope to delivery; partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and vendors; troubleshoot and optimize complex hardware and systems; review and develop technical documentation; support technology transfers, process validation, and continuous improvement; promote safety and EHS standards. Qualifications: BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering; 5-7+ years in fast-paced, regulated manufacturing or product development; proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills; strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and design understanding; experience with process documentation, SolidWorks, and hardware/system design; vendor management and process improvement expertise.
