Job Overview

The Senior Manufacturing Associate leads teams in diverse manufacturing activities during plant start-up, commissioning, validation, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex tasks under GMP guidelines
• Maintain safety and orderliness
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Conduct batch record review
• Act as a lead trainer/SME
• Troubleshoot and mentor junior staff
• Potentially act as a Team Lead

Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED with 5+ years in a cGXP environment or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in biologics GMP manufacturing
• Familiarity with process automation systems
