Senior Manager, WW Commercialization Field Platforms & AI Adoption
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day intake and execution of approved field capability learning work; scope, resource, and sequence delivery.
- Act as primary execution interlock with LEAP for content development and learning logistics (requirements, SME nominations, review cycles, delivery readiness).
- Translate priorities into briefs for LEAP and vendor partners; monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues with recommendations.
- Partner with CASA to translate AI products/insights into role-based learning programs and field-ready resources; operationalize CASA-aligned AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted content creation, smart curation, automation) while maintaining quality/compliance.
- Identify and pilot CASA-informed AI learning technologies with Enterprise Learning; benchmark trends and recommend evidence-based scale.
- Champion MyLearning adoption for Commercial and Medical field populations; ensure content meets platform standards and analyze adoption/feedback metrics.
- Lead development, sustainment, and update cycles for learner-centric field programs and onboarding/capability pathways.
- Coordinate stakeholders across IT, BU, in-market, LEAP, and regional teams; manage SMEs and vendor relationships; oversee compliance/legal/medical review workflows and localization/version control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent required; Project Management certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, Field Capability, or Commercial Capability Development in pharma/life sciences.
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on AI tools experience for content development (authoring/generation/automation).
- Strong instructional design; ability to turn complex workflows and CASA insights into accessible learning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, eLearning authoring tools, and LMS platforms (MyLearning/SuccessFactors preferred) including deployment and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced/adaptive learning or intelligent coaching tools preferred; experience managing LEAP-style delivery partnerships.
- Data-literate (learner analytics and adoption data); familiarity with pharma compliance/approval workflows.

- Princeton, NJ, US: $148,750β$180,250; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
