Senior Manager, WW Commercialization Field Platforms & AI Adoption
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day intake and execution of approved field capability learning work (scope, resourcing, sequencing).
- Act as primary execution interlock with LEAP (requirements, SME nominations, design inputs, reviews, delivery readiness).
- Translate priorities into briefs for LEAP and vendor partners; monitor progress and escalate risks/priority conflicts.
- Partner with CASA to translate AI products/insights into role-based learning programs; operationalize CASA-aligned AI tools (AI-assisted content, prototyping, curation, automation) while ensuring quality/compliance.
- Identify/evaluate/pilot CASA-informed AI learning technologies with evidence-based recommendations.
- Champion MyLearning adoption; ensure content meets platform standards; track adoption/completion/engagement/feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead tactical development of learner-centric field programs; sustain onboarding and capability pathways aligned to WW skills framework and platform milestones.
- Coordinate with IT/BU/In-Market/LEAP/regions; manage SMEs and vendor relationships; oversee compliance/legal/medical review workflows, localization, and version control.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent (Project Management certification preferred).
- 5+ years in Learning & Development, Field Capability, or Commercial Capability Development (pharma/life sciences).
Required/Preferred Skills
- Hands-on AI tools for content development (authoring, generation, workflow automation).
- Strong instructional design; ability to convert complex workflows and CASA insights into high-impact learning.
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office, eLearning authoring, LMS (MyLearning/SuccessFactors), learner journey configuration, adoption reporting.
- Preferred: AI-enhanced learning platforms/adaptive engines/intelligent coaching; experience managing LEAP-style partnerships.
- Data-literate; familiarity with pharma compliance/approval workflows.
