The Senior Manager, WW Commercialization Field Leadership Development will lead field leadership skill development and coaching for Commercialization field leaders globally.
Responsibilities
- Driving program awareness
- Building leadership relationships
- Executing the worldwide field leadership learning strategy
- Managing program development from design to go-to-market
- Assessing training effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
- Two years in team leadership/management with coaching experience
- Experience in global functions and skills development is preferred
