Senior Manager, Veeva Regulatory & Data

Role: Senior Manager, Veeva Regulatory & Data, leads enterprise application and data management for Scholar Rock’s Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety functions, supporting late-stage development and commercialization efforts. Responsibilities: serve as a trusted technology partner translating business needs into scalable, compliant Veeva Vault solutions; oversee solution delivery, configuration, integrations, and lifecycle management; ensure applications remain validated, secure, and regulatory compliant; manage external vendors and ensure effective incident and change management; support regulatory inspections and audits; collaborate with cross-functional teams on data quality, reporting, and platform roadmap. Requirements: 8+ years in enterprise applications, with 4+ years hands-on Veeva Vault experience; strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, validation, and regulated technology environments; proven leadership in application delivery, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement; technical expertise in Veeva architecture, configuration, and integrations. Preferred: experience supporting Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety applications within biotech or pharma, with familiarity in late-stage clinical development, commercialization, and global regulated operations. Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or project management are advantageous.
