Duties:
- Partner with Marketing, Market Access, and Pricing/Contracting to deliver actionable insights for market access teams and cross-brand initiatives across therapeutic areas.
- Manage a 2β3 member team; oversee efforts of 1β2 staff members (performance standards, staffing, monitoring).
- Generate, evaluate, and present value/access insights and analytics to support commercial growth and market access tactics.
- Develop analytical resources for existing, launch, and pipeline portfolio in the US; improve GTN transparency and analytics.
- Create analytics models and deliver regular performance dashboards from complex data sources.
- Provide analytics support to field-based market access teams; may telecommute.
Requirements:
- Masterβs degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, and 3 years of experience in the job or analytics.
- 3 years experience in: GTN pre-deal contracting analytics (Excel, Anaplan); GTN forecasting (ASP/AMP/Best Price) using Anaplan; rebates invoice and payer claims analytics (IQVIA) for formulary validation; chargeback and provider reimbursement analytics (IQVIA DDD) for contracting/NCR optimization; Python predictive modeling for price elasticity; IQVIA LAAD/claims/Managed Markets Insight & Technology utilization/coverage analytics; 340B and provider economics assessments; patient-level analytics using IQVIA claims and Copay/Hub data; dashboards/reporting with Power BI and Tableau; copay benefit design optimization and accumulator/maximizer trends (Python/SQL); and statistical/operational modeling/forecasting using Anaplan, SQL, Python, R, SAS, advanced Excel, and VBA.
