Role Responsibilities:
- Support Directors in developing/executing branded consumer strategies, campaigns, and messaging for Prevnar Peds and Prevnar Adult, translating customer insights into tactics.
- Manage branded website/platform migrations (including Zenith migrations for Prevnar Peds/Adult in English and Spanish) and ongoing site updates to ensure seamless, compliant experiences.
- Manage Prevnar Peds CRM (email/SMS) and patient education assets across both brands (English/Spanish brochure suites, tactic refreshes, doctor discussion guides) to reflect current recommendations and campaign strategy.
- Support Prevnar Peds influencer programs (core program and segment-test sprints) in partnership with CMO; ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy and compliance.
- Partner with Media and Pfizer BAI/analytics teams to support digital/social/search execution, embed measurement (dashboards/KPIs/tracking), and adjust based on insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a cohesive consumer experience across the Prevnar portfolio.
- Flex to support other Vaccines Consumer brands/workstreams as needed; perform work in accordance with company policies and compliance.
Qualifications (Basic):
- 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/device/diagnostic industry with BS/BA (5+ years with MBA).
- Consumer marketing experience delivering in fast-paced, competitive environments; digital/social experience required.
- Strong communication/presentation; stakeholder mobilization.
- Ability to translate consumer needs into strategies/tactics; creativity/innovation.
- Experience leading in complex, matrixed organizations; ability to manage through ambiguity.
Preferred:
- Prior vaccines experience; retail/pharmacy marketing and in-store materials; matrix marketing with centralized creative/CMO on unbranded/disease-awareness campaigns.
Work/Travel:
- Occasional travel.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base salary range: $124,400β$207,400; eligible for bonus (target 17.5%) and long-term incentive; comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with match and medical/dental/vision.
