Senior Manager, PAQ Virology Strategy (US Medical Affairs) β€” office-based in Foster City, CA or Parsippany, NJ.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Medical Review Committee (MRC) submissions: manage preparation, tracking, revisions, approvals; ensure timelines, accurate feedback, and audit-ready documentation/version control.
- Update scientific decks/medical materials for accuracy and alignment with approved data/messaging; coordinate review cycles and stakeholder input.
- Coordinate external vendors: manage timelines/deliverables, quality checks; support onboarding/contracting/compliance alignment.
- Create/maintain medical resources aligned to PAQ objectives, payer evidence needs, and field requirements (development, formatting, review, publication, cataloging).
- Provide logistical/operational support for MAAPs and Sentinel Panels; plan/execute internal/external meetings (including payer-focused engagements and conferences) and manage follow-up.
- Manage dossier updates; maintain FormularyDecisions.com with uploads/updates/compliance tracking and workflow coordination.
- Project manage PAQ HIV budget tracking, forecasts/accruals, vendor spend; partner with finance/leadership for reporting and annual plan alignment.
- Maintain knowledge management systems (e.g., SharePoint/resource libraries); support continuous workflow/system improvement.
- May prepare/present internal/external training; collaborate compliantly across functions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s + 6 years experience OR PhD/PharmD + 2 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications (selected):
- 1+ year Medical Affairs/managed care/HEOR (ideally product launch); life sciences advanced degree (PharmD/MS/MPH/PhD/MD/DO); HIV background.
- Regulatory/compliance knowledge; strong org/project/time management; excellent communication; Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Adobe; travel ~30%.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable per posting):
- Bay Area: $169,320–$219,120; Other US: $153,935–$199,210. May include bonus/long-term incentives, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
