Senior Manager, US Marketing

Role: Senior Manager, Marketing supporting Rare Conditions brands SKYTROFA and YUVIWEL within Ascendis' U.S. commercial team. Objectives: execute integrated HCP and patient marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Responsibilities: develop and manage marketing initiatives including congress planning, patient support materials, disease awareness campaigns, and collateral; collaborate with creative agencies and vendors; monitor campaign performance and optimize customer engagement; ensure compliance with regulatory standards; support cross-functional team alignment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree (MBA) preferred; 7+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with digital engagement experience; strong understanding of brand marketing principles, regulatory compliance, and project management; experience working with agencies and media vendors. Work setup: hybrid role based in Princeton, New Jersey, with a 3-day onsite schedule.
