Senior Manager, Trial Operations

Role: Senior Manager, Trial Operations overseeing Phase 3 clinical trials for a neuroscience-focused biopharma company, ensuring successful trial delivery from start-up to closeout. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional trial planning, vendor selection and management, site feasibility and investigator selection, budget and timeline oversight, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Clinical Development, Science, CMC, and Regulatory teams to drive trial strategy and execution. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; 5-8+ years experience in clinical project management within biotech/pharma or CRO, with proven success in Phase 3 trial operations.
