Senior Manager, Technology Leader Product Operate – North America

Role Summary

Senior Manager, Technology Leader Product Operate – North America, based in Raritan, NJ. Responsible for delivering the NA program digitizing manufacturing and product release activities for CARVYKTI, guiding business partners and product owners on deployment of the NA Product Operate strategy, and leading multi-year business and technology projects to enhance digital maturity across manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities

• The Technology Lead will serve as a key partner to NA Advanced Therapies project teams and various product owners to understand investments, align with ATSC strategies, and ensure budget for execution.
• Prepare documentation to secure budget approvals, communicate project details, and ensure seamless execution in collaboration with Technology and Business Product Owners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to facilitate smooth project delivery and drive governance, data integration, and project execution.
• Lead collaboration with global/regional partners, vendor partners, and Legend Biotech NA to align projects with business strategies and goals.
• Coordinate digital portfolio decisions and trade-offs with business partners to optimize end-to-end value.
• Define and communicate the digital plant roadmap and ensure the team is aligned with the vision and objectives.
• Drive program governance, measure with metrics, and manage financials including IT expenditures and portfolio tracking in Nexus.
• Stay informed about trends in data, analytics, AI, and intelligent automation to assess new technologies.
• Mobilize and motivate teams and partners to deliver on project commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management, Implementations, and Integrations including requirements management and financial planning.
• Experience influencing without direct authority; strong written and verbal communications, including executive-level presentations.
• Ability to handle pressure, collaborate, and demonstrate integrity and respect; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter with initiative, ownership, and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading teams and translating complex topics into workable solutions; capability to manage sophisticated, long-term projects across platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
