Senior Manager, Technical Product Management

Role: Senior Manager, Technical Product Management at Avidity Biosciences, supporting execution of TD&O deliverables within manufacturing and product development teams. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing integrated project schedules, risk management, budget oversight, and process improvements for RNA therapeutic manufacturing programs. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field, 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing/project management experience in biopharma, strong knowledge of CMC functions, proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint), PMP or similar certification preferred. High-Value: support of manufacturing for RNA therapeutics, including oligonucleotides and biologics, with experience in rare diseases and biologics. Collaboration with internal and external teams, including regulatory and quality functions, with travel approximately twice annually. Work setup: hybrid/remote in San Diego, CA.
