Responsibilities: analyze complex cross-functional questions, develop scenarios for manufacturing network decisions, assess supply risk, support product development strategies, embed supply continuity into commercial launch plans, and build digital tools for data analysis and decision support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years in strategy, operations, supply chain, or biotech/pharma settings; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with regulated environments and cross-functional collaboration. Nice to have: 7+ years experience, exposure to late-stage clinical or commercial launch, experience with complex modalities like gene therapy, and familiarity with operational excellence methods.
