Senior Manager, Technical Learning Center of Excellence

Role: Senior Manager, Technical Learning Center of Excellence at Iovance's Cell Therapy Center, responsible for leading GMP training administration, instructional design, and continuous improvement of learning systems supporting cell therapy manufacturing. Responsibilities: establish and govern the learning model, manage training teams including LMS administrators and instructional designers, develop training metrics and dashboards, ensure compliance with GMP regulations, and support audit readiness. Collaborate with QA, Document Control, and operational leadership to maintain training records, curricula, and qualification programs aligned with quality and business needs. Develop tailored learning solutions encompassing classroom, digital, hands-on, and simulation-based training focused on autologous workflows, contamination control, cryopreservation, and material handling. Lead trainer qualification, monitor training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage learning technology platforms and benchmark industry practices to advance workforce development. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Education, or related field; 7-9+ years in GMP-regulated biopharma training, including LMS experience, with strong knowledge of adult learning theories, GMP compliance, and quality systems. Preferred: advanced degree or PhD, experience in cell therapy or biologics manufacturing, and familiarity with GMP inspection processes. The role operates onsite in Philadelphia, with no travel specified.
