Senior Manager, Supply Planning, Clinical

Role: Senior Manager of Clinical Supply Chain Planning, responsible for developing and executing global clinical supply strategies across multiple phases of clinical development for Amylyx's investigational products. Core responsibilities include demand forecasting, supply planning, vendor coordination, inventory management, and risk mitigation to ensure uninterrupted supply of investigational drugs, placebos, and ancillary materials. The role involves close collaboration with Clinical Operations, CMC, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and external vendors to align supply chain activities with clinical development goals. Key tasks include managing supply forecasts based on study parameters, overseeing demand and supply analyses, and supporting quality and compliance activities within GxP frameworks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain operations, specifically supporting global clinical trials, including experience with forecasting, inventory, packaging, labeling, and logistics. Proven vendor management and adherence to GxP, GMP, and GCP standards are required. Preferred: advanced degrees, experience in small/mid-sized biotech, rare disease or neuroscience programs, and familiarity with platforms like Suvoda, NetSuite, or Veeva. The role involves some travel, primarily to Cambridge, MA, and offers remote work options within the US, excluding certain states. The salary range is approximately $144,000–$162,000 USD.
