Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or healthcare, with at least 7+ years of clinical research experience, preferably including site management and monitoring across multiple phases and indications. Strong knowledge of GCP, regulations, and clinical trial processes is essential. The position demands excellent organizational, communication, and cross-cultural skills, with flexibility to travel 30-50% and work in Lodz, Poland, or remotely within Poland.
