Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations (DDSAI)

Role: Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, Data, Data Science and AI (DDSAI), serving as a strategic partner to enable data-driven decision-making within Johnson & Johnson's R&D. Responsibilities: lead portfolio governance, strategic planning, resource management, and develop portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting; support investment planning and risk identification; automate and optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting; design digital automation solutions; communicate portfolio performance to leadership; partner with project teams to enhance governance and reporting processes; champion continuous improvement in portfolio management practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred); 8+ years in portfolio/program management, strategy, or data analytics, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or R&D environments; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL/R, data modeling, dashboard development, and automation; experience supporting leadership decisions through analytics and reporting, including executive dashboards and automated solutions. Preferred: Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Jira, Power Apps, GenAI-enabled reporting tools.
