Senior Manager Statistical Programming provides timely support to the project team on programming matters within a therapeutic area, providing project leadership and programming support for processing data from clinical studies. Leads programming aspects internally or via CROs for all programming deliverables; contributes to development of programming standards and macros to create statistical deliverables from a single study through regulatory approval, product launch, and annual reports. May oversee special projects/work with clinical task forces and meets statistical ad hoc requests.

As a Senior Manager, a Typical Day May Include:
- Coordinate and oversee preparation, execution, reporting, and documentation of project analysis programming; track and manage extent of work, progress, and completion.
- Manage programming and QC of analysis datasets and TFLs using standard data models and/or integrate data across studies for CSS/CSE and esub deliverables.
- Implement and mentor others on standardization tools/therapeutic area standard analysis.
- Contribute to programming development and quality control using department tools and methodologies.
- Serve as programming representative in multidisciplinary study teams to support analysis/reporting through regulatory approval, product launch, and annual reports.
- Develop data models, programming standards and code; train end users on project standards.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Advise relevant employees on procedures for retention of data/records.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- SAS Certification desirable.
