Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Role: Senior Manager, Software Engineering leading a development team to enhance and develop Adaptive's production software systems supporting immune medicine research. Responsibilities: oversee all software development phases, interact with program managers and internal stakeholders to define requirements, manage a team of developers aligning efforts with company goals, and plan continuous system improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or equivalent with 12+ years of software engineering and leadership experience; proficient in modern programming languages (Python, Java, C#), relational databases (Oracle, Postgres), web frameworks (AngularJS), and source control; excellent communication skills and experience supporting production systems. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees and extensive experience with GxP environments.
