Senior Manager, Software Development

Role: Senior Manager, Software Development within Genmab's Enterprise Digital Solutions team, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications and enterprise integrations to support biopharma digital transformation. Responsibilities include building scalable front-end and back-end apps, leveraging integration platforms for data flow, managing CI/CD pipelines, enforcing code security, and overseeing application lifecycle and performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including data engineering, architecture, and security, participating actively in Agile practices. Qualifications: 8+ years in full-stack software development, proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java), expertise in enterprise integration (Informatica IICS or similar), CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and secure SDLC practices. Preferred: cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP), experience with data pipelines, big data tech, and security best practices for cloud apps. This is a senior individual contributor role offering flexible work arrangements with 20–40% remote work.
