Position Summary
- Provide engineering support for electrical infrastructure.
- Provide audit support for regulatory inspections.
- Perform electrical systems concept design through implementation.
- Provide 24/7 electrical support for continuous operation.
- Interface with the local electrical utility provider.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as system owner for assigned utility infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
- Develop/oversee user requirements for new equipment and modifications (concept through installation support with stakeholders).
- Manage site startup and commissioning; coordinate engineering support of validation activities.
- Partner with stakeholders (Third Party Integrator, Manufacturing, Quality, EHS) including on-the-floor troubleshooting.
- Coordinate future construction/project work: scope/justification/design/construction/schedule/budget; spare parts assessment; PM job plans and operational work instructions; walkdowns; sign off as-built drawings; review/approve TOP.
- Provide subject-matter technical expertise to ensure regulatory, company, and site compliance.
- Generate equipment/instrumentation procurement specs; support installation/modifications; reduce downtime; develop capital project scopes; manage modification projects; support compliance (Deviations, CAPA, change management, contamination investigations).

Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or related) or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years relevant biopharmaceutical experience, including plant utilities/auxiliary systems (power infrastructure 13.8KVA, electrical distribution, fire alarm/suppression).
- Ability to manage multiple complex technical projects; familiarity with GMP large-scale manufacturing; GMP experience.
- 3D plant design software experience/desirable.
- Team and individual contributor effectiveness.
- Industrial building utilities troubleshooting knowledge; ability to work extended hours for 24/7 support.
- Proactive troubleshooting; read/understand line diagrams; automation logic understanding desirable.
- Professional Engineer license desirable.
