Senior Manager, Sample Management

Role: Lead sample management and tissue culture operations within a biopharma RAS-addicted cancer program, focusing on cell banking, inventory, and process optimization. Responsibilities: oversee daily lab activities, manage automated storage systems and LIMS, develop SOPs, mentor staff, troubleshoot tissue culture issues, ensure equipment qualification and maintenance, and partner with research teams on demand forecasting and process transfer. Requirements: BS/MS in a scientific discipline; 5-10 years in laboratory or sample management, with proven supervisory experience; hands-on expertise with lab automation, LIMS, and tissue culture techniques; strong attention to data integrity and continuous improvement. Preferred: experience supporting small-molecule discovery, mentoring early-career scientists, familiarity with automation platforms and vendor systems (e.g., Mosaic).
