Responsibilities:
- Execute Q&C ERM governance cadence (calendars, milestones, forum materials) and maintain governance artifacts (charters, decision logs, escalation pathways, RACI, standards).
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs to support leadership-level risk reviews.
- Run quarterly Q&C ERM reporting cycles (collect, consolidate, validate), and prepare risk dashboards/summaries/narratives for Senior Director signoff.
- Track risk ownership, mitigation progress, and data quality; escalate issues.
- Plan/facilitate Q&C risk assessments and top-risk refreshes; apply challenge/quality checks to improve submissions (clarity, completeness, ownership, mitigation maturity).
- Enable and operate the Risk Management Champion (RMC) network; maintain/administer Q&C risk taxonomy and common templates; operationalize ERM methodology (definitions, scoring, escalation thresholds, risk appetite).
- Integrate external environment and emerging risks into Q&C ERM cycles (partner with regulatory intelligence/audit/compliance signal owners as needed).
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 6β10 years relevant experience in risk management, quality/compliance, audit, governance, or related.
- Governance forums/reporting/cross-functional risk process experience.
- Reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and/or basic SQL.
- Experience in regulated, matrixed environments; strong ERM/governance/risk reporting knowledge.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Advanced degree and/or PMP.
- Experience building/maintaining digital ERM intake/reporting platforms and standardized templates.
- Risk taxonomy maintenance; integrating emerging risk trends; coordinating champion networks.
