Senior Manager, Research Informatics

Role: Senior Manager, Research Informatics leading the strategy and development of digital solutions to enhance Discovery Research in a late-stage oncology biotech. Responsibilities: define and execute research informatics strategies, partner with scientific, computational, and technology teams, oversee data models, workflows, and enterprise platforms like Genedata Screener and Benchling; automate data capture and analysis processes; establish standards for data governance; and drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics. Requirements: Bachelor’s in a scientific or computational field; 7–9 years’ experience in research informatics, biotech, or pharma, with expertise in scientific data management, assay informatics, and platforms such as Genedata or IDBS; proficiency in systems integration, SQL, Python, and workflow automation; strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred: experience with high-throughput screening, cloud platforms, data governance, and AI-enabled research workflows.
